3. How to Request a Return

Please provide the order number, the item concerned, the reason for the return, and photographs or videos where relevant.

4. Return Address

Do not automatically send a return to the business address. After the request has been reviewed and approved, the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions will be provided.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For preference-based returns, including a change of mind or preference, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
